Hello! I’m brand new here!
I’m sorting out my goals right now, but see there are a lot of “parts” to this app. I hope to learn quickly how to use it successfully.
Any tips?

I also have a weird schedule that goes from night shift to day shift and back again. I have a pretty good routine figured out, but could always use ideas for using my food to fuel me better at different times of day.
