I lost 50lbs in the past 8 months by eating 1200-1500 calories per day and doing cardio. Over the past month I have begun some light weight lifting. However, I have not lost any weight or inches over the past month. I would still like to lose another 20lbs (or at least keep losing inches). What can I do to keep progressing forward?

It looks like you need to compare your tdee to what you are eating so see that you are still at a deficit. But the less weight you have to lose, the slower it is going to be lost. Your deficit shrinks along with your weight.
I'm not overly knowledgeable in fitness. But cardio is good for burning calories, not so much for building muscle. I'm not sure how much 'light' weight lifting will do to build muscle over the time you have been doing it. That might be a question for the fitness section.

50 lbs in 8 months is a great achievement. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to exercise some patience and keep eating at your current level for 4-6 weeks as a diet break and then if the scale doesn't move during that time you could assume you have found your maintenance level of calories or take a closer look at your logging to see if it is accurate enough3

If you've only just started weight lifting, you're very likely retaining fluid for muscle repair, and that will show up on the scale.1
