Hi, everyone

I am stubborn woman, but I also have bipolar, and so I just stop doing things I need to to stay healthy. I am trying to stay focused on losing this weight gain and build up my muscle. I struggle with my mental health.

    Try to establish a routine. Routines usually make us feel comfortable. Also remember when you have an off day that day will be done and gone the next morning. Leave the past in the past, get up and start again. The only failure is quitting.
