Hi! I'm enjoying this app so far, would love to see some chair yoga, found that really took off some inches. Enjoying what I'm learning, was doing mostly Paleo but am discovering not the best for me and require more of a diabetic diet. So far my neuropathy is almost gone, yay!

It is good that you are catching the neuropathy problem early and managing your diabetes because nerves take a long time to repair, if they do. I have found that focusing on fiber and protein along with keeping to a portion size (aka knowing the amount of calories I put in my body) keeps my blood sugar steady.
I once thought that I needed to avoid high glycemic foods such as rice and corn but I eat those just and my blood sugar is just fine. I don't count carbs but I do compare labels and try to choose those with less sugar. So you don't have to follow a specific eating philosophy.
