Hey everyone, I'm back again π. So I don't really well about 5 years ago got down to basically my goal weight, then I met my partner 3 years ago and he has been feeding me all that time. Needless to say I've put all the weight back on and then some. I don't enjoy things anymore, I don't like to go out because I don't like how I look and over all, I just want to get back to being fit, healthy and motivated. I started a virtual walking challenge which I'm receiving sponsors for for a local charity, so that's keeping me motivated to get my 10k steps in every day. I'm also using the 75 medium challenge to force me to drink enough water and find time for a book and some silent time. I'm down 6.8kg since last Sunday, but obviously that dramatic a loss won't continue so I need to keep motivated. I've just had 2 miscarriages back to back and the only thing I haven't changed yet is my weight, so hoping to shed the extra pounds before trying to get pregnant again. Looking for friends on a similar journey, who will hold me accountable! Feel free to add me π. Thanks if you have made it to the end of my essay ππ₯³

I can't say that I have similar experience other than gaining lost weight back and then some. I do have a new community. You are welcome to join. I'll be happy to cheer you on.
