You don't need the premium membership here to belong and lose weight. I suggest you "fake it till you make it." A strategy that's worked for me before. If you wait to feel motivated you could wait forever..eating, munching and gaining the entire time.
So.. go through the motions ... throw out your sugar packaged processed foods... take a before picture in your underwear so you can see how you really look. Buy a lot of healthy food.. and go for it.. a strange thing will happen.. your motivation will wake up and follow. Takes a bit of time. good luck.0 -
If you're tired and it's normal for you: have you discussed with your gp? Any bloods recently, like ferritin, vitamin D and B12, thyroid? If it's not normal: are you getting enough sleep?
As for motivation: you need to find a way to motivate yourself. Nobody here can hand you a virtual package of motivation. If you don't want to lose weight then don't lose weight. If you have a reason, other than weigh less then go for it. You don't need premium for this though. The basic version does everything you need.1 -
I did the free trial. Personally, I didn't find it added anything that I needed. So I will conform Elisa's statement that you can get what you need out of this website for free.
What you eat can affect the way you feel. Back in 2008 I lost 42 pounds strictly by counting calories. 95% of my meals were from the frozen food isle. Now I cook my food. I still count the calories but since the nutrients I am consuming are better I am more energized and overall happier. I personally focus on protein and fiber and let the other macros fall where they may. You simply need to figure out what works for you.
I am disabled so I don't know what my exercise plan will be. But back in 2008 when I was more able bodied I would take my cane and go for a 1.4 mile walk every morning. I found it to be invigorating and mood improving simply for the accomplishment.
Like Yirara said you do have to do the work youself. But I will be happy to provide support. You are welcome to join my group.

Ive been here over 10 years on the free version.
One bit of advice- DONT keep bad food in the house. Plan as many meals/snacks ahead of time as possible. That way youre eating through the day is like following a to-do list. You'll feel more in control that way too.0
