Weight loss

Hi guys I’m fairly new to this. Wanting to loose weight but my premium trial is going to end 25th feb.
Keep eating poorly and really want to loose weight but tired & unmotivated! Any tips?

    You don't need the premium membership here to belong and lose weight. I suggest you "fake it till you make it." A strategy that's worked for me before. If you wait to feel motivated you could wait forever..eating, munching and gaining the entire time.
    So.. go through the motions ... throw out your sugar packaged processed foods... take a before picture in your underwear so you can see how you really look. Buy a lot of healthy food.. and go for it.. a strange thing will happen.. your motivation will wake up and follow. Takes a bit of time. good luck.

    If you're tired and it's normal for you: have you discussed with your gp? Any bloods recently, like ferritin, vitamin D and B12, thyroid? If it's not normal: are you getting enough sleep?

    As for motivation: you need to find a way to motivate yourself. Nobody here can hand you a virtual package of motivation. If you don't want to lose weight then don't lose weight. If you have a reason, other than weigh less then go for it. You don't need premium for this though. The basic version does everything you need.
