    Hi,
    I have lost 138 pounds over three years just watching what I eat and I joined the Y. Last year I started using this weight loss site.
    I reached my first goal of getting under 200 pounds. Before Christmas I weighed 194 pounds. Now I am up to 199. I have increased my exercise to 5 times a week. I don’t want to gain the weight back but I am worried about it. I eat pretty healthy but the food chatter gets to me. HELP please! I would like to lose more weight. This past year I lost 6 pounds, not sure how to move forward. I can’t eat any less.

    Hi Ellie,
    You can join my group as well. There is also a group that is about eating a higher volume of food. You don't have to join my group to see me lament on how much food is on my plate at times. It can take me an hour to eat a salad that is 300-400 calories. I've had a salad that took me over 2 hours to eat once because I skipped a meal and had more calories to play with.

    my salad usually consist of ice burg and romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, bell peppers, cheese and tuna (add two eggs if i skip breakfast). I use a zero calorie salad dressing.

    my lunch/dinners are usually rice, veggies and a protein. I don't know what your limit of calories are but I can put more food than I would care to chew into 1200 calories. More than that I would be looking for food with denser calories just so I wouldn't have to spend so much time eating.

    It would be easier to suggest something for you if we knew how many calories you are shooting for in a day and what you are eating now. Again feel free to join my community. But I will also be happy to continue supporting you here.
