Long time MFP user.
I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Currently sitting at 258. And have lost over ten point in a month. All blood work is stable and normal with exception of liver enzymes being high. My doctor has no idea what is causing it. And we have ruled out diet due to a diet diary I’ve been keeping for 6 months. Hence, I am in need of some liver health recipes that are high protein low carb and fat to meal prep. Currently at a 1410 cal goal. I’m meeting all my macro nutrition goals within 5%.

    Have you had an ultrasound of your liver? I have a fatty liver. The only way to correct that is to lose weight. I'm not a doctor so I don't know all the possibilities just saying if they haven't done an ultrasound you might want to ask for one.

    I am a diabetic. So I focus on 1 serving of protein a day and adding vegetables to try to hit the suggested fiber for the day. That usually keeps my carbs between 50-100g a day. I'm not overly knowledgeable in Keto but I think their way of eating keeps you less than 50g of carbs a day. There is plenty of information on that in the nutrition category.
