Hello My name is Jo and I have downloaded this app to help me get fit and help me through the menopause. I have limited mobility and am on medication for Heart AF and high cholesterol. These I believe are symptoms of my menopause journey . If there are any of you out there experiencing similar issues or can recommend any foods or fitness please let me know

Hello. Welcome Joe. I'm also old (52) and have limited mobility. The advice I can offer is getting to know about the food you eat. What amount is what calories. A scale and the food tracking will help that. I also have diabetes so I makes sure most of my meals center around Protein and fiber. It is easy to find chair workouts on youtube though I haven't started those yet. I'm working on stretching for a while first.
