Once again I’m back. This time I’ve been doing amazingly better this time. I’m on a 20+day streak. Counting macros has been kinda difficult for me. Not getting the carbs I’m supposed to. But getting better daily. I start at the gym next week. Kinda exited to be doing this well so far! 🤞🏻🤘🏻

Hello Whiskey.
The macros are more of a guideline than a rule. I personally am not a person who counts carbs. As a diabetic I have to be aware of them but I have found that if I focus on Protein and fiber then I am satisfied and energetic throughout my day. The key is to find out which way of eating works for you so that you can maintain that way of eating for the rest of your life. You will find that many people here have different experiences and preferences for what works for them.
Congrats on the 20 days.

Protein and fats both contain some essential nutrients in the sense that our bodies can't manufacture their own out of any other intake. Carbs aren't essential in that sense, so carb level is more flexible.
Some people find too-low carbs tank their energy level, or too-high carbs spike their appetite. You can notice whether those are issues for you, and adjust accordingly.
Otherwise, if you're under your MFP carb goal, there's IMO no nutritional reason to worry about it.
For weight loss, it's the calories that matter. Nutrition - including macros - is important for health, so it can be good to get enough protein, fats, fiber, and micronutrients. But those things only affect weight loss indirectly, through energy level or appetite, things we can usually notice ourselves.
I wouldn't discount the importance of good nutrition, but it's good to recognize that the macros aren't like a magic spell for weight loss, where every detail has to be exactly exact every single day, or we'll fail. Calories will determine fat gain/loss, and being pretty close on average with macros is fine for getting generally reasonable nutrition.
Best wishes!0
