Hi from Lincolnshire, UK

I'm fairly active, I enjoy walking and gardening but would definitely benefit from some strength training. Ultimately, my goals are to build a healthy relationship with food to get my weight and binge eating under control and to maintain a strong, healthy body well into my old age.
I'm hoping to find like minded people who will check in regularly to keep me accountable and motivated on my journey.

Hello Alycia. The part where we have gone wrong was not continuing a healthy life style once the weight was lost. it’s funny how we always place our health last in our lists of priorities… then one day you wake up and realise that we’re not made of rubber & magic anymore - haha.

Hey there I used mfp before got where I wanted to be and stopped however lately my eating habits have really gone downhill and late evening snacking is a big issue for me and the weight it creeping back on!! My youngest is also 17 and I am in Ireland so same time zone feel free to add me for support 😉
