I;m new

Hi. I'm a senior who is tired of feeling old. I'm really hoping to find support and finally reach a healthy weight again. My goal is about 70 pounds. I am not so much interested in what the scale says as to my measurements, BP and how I feel. Hope to reach my goal and meet some great people along the way.

    I'm also a senior (69) and long-time MFP user. I used it to lose about 50 pounds back in 20015-16, and to maintain a healthy weight since. The quality of life improvement, to me, was well worth the effort of learning it and sticking with it. For me, huge benefits!

    Among the benefits from me was reducing blood pressure and cholesterol/triglycerides from high levels when I was obese, to solidly and consistently normal now (without drugs for either). I've seen others say the same.
