Recipes exporter

It would be useful to be able export recipes singly and/or in bulk. I have 300+ recipes in MyFitnessPal but the one I want to refer to can be hard to find. Being able to peruse some data (e.g. a set of recipes in TXT files; or json structures, etc.) would be much easier than the current methods in the app or on the website unless you added features there.

    Instead of a ‘recipe export’ feature, what MFP really needs is a proper Recipe Organiser capability.
    I am a long-term and enthusiastic user of MFP, and a subscriber to the Premium version. I find MFP’s Recipe feature is FANTASTIC for individual recipes, particularly the calories and other nutritional aspects - really powerful and useful.
    But MFP is rubbish when it comes to organising multiple recipes. I want to be able to do the basics like Sort (various ways), Tag, Group, Search, create Favourites, create Shopping Lists, etc.
    I currently only have 60 recipes in MFP and it’s no help whatsoever to use it to plan and shop for my meals. I would love to add LOADS more recipes into MFP but I simply can’t without decent organiser facilities.
    The numerous calls for an ‘export’ facility are caused by this problem of the lack of a comprehensive Recipe Organiser capability.

    The way I see it MFP has the following options;
    (1) Develop your own ‘Recipe Organiser’ features yourselves. (This option is slow, error-prone and expensive)
    (2) Buy over a suitable existing ‘recipe management’ software product and make it part of MFP. (Recommended option).
    (3) Create and publish an API that would let multiple external ‘Recipe’ software vendors use the API to extract MFP recipe-info (including nutrient info) directly into their application(s).
    (4) In the absence of 1, 2 or 3 above MFP will continue to face calls to provide a ‘recipe export’ feature. (the LEAST preferable option).
    Of course there’s always the 5th Option - do nothing! Judging from the constant and numerous ‘export’ queries all over the internet maybe THIS is the least preferable option.
