Hello..New here...

Hi everyone..like everyone else trying to be accountable by logging and just overall getting healthier by diet and exercise which is very slow going. Tried some of the diet medications and unable to tolerate them.. I find I tend to pick at night after working 12hrs and I notice since being on Ozempic and then stopping it months ago I never get a feeling of being full and at times get ravenous..I have been eating healthier for 4yrs now and I lost 30lbs..some weight came back on even with going to the gym 3x week..I hit a plateau a few years back and leading me to get frustrated. I try not to get upset anymore. So I want to get healthier for myself and my family getting older it is harder to lose weight that I noticing

    Hello Karen.

Diet medications are not a solution. They are an aid. You still have to make changes to your eating and exercising habits. When you hit a plateau, it is then that you need to re-access your caloric needs and make adjustments so that you are in a deficit again. The next time you get to that point, instead of getting frustrated and giving up, reach out for help. There are many wonderful people here who can give you ideas about what to look at.

    good luck!
