I’m new to Fitness Pal, which my daughter (PhD OT), highly recommended as I begin my journey with our Y’s new diabetes prevention program. This program requires a full 1 year commitment! My biggest hope is that I lose weight and, at long last, keep the weight off!! I’ve lost 50 lbs with Noom twice. While I still think that app I is excellent, I really need in person accountability and this full year of support 🥳.

The good thing is since you've lost 50 pounds (twice) you know how to get the weight off. Now to find a way of living that you can sustain so that you can keep off your hard work
The most successful here continue to use mfp after they have lost the weight. I'm hoping that will work for me when I get there.
