Howdy!

I’m new to Fitness Pal, which my daughter (PhD OT), highly recommended as I begin my journey with our Y’s new diabetes prevention program. This program requires a full 1 year commitment! My biggest hope is that I lose weight and, at long last, keep the weight off!! I’ve lost 50 lbs with Noom twice. While I still think that app I is excellent, I really need in person accountability and this full year of support 🥳.
