Did really well on my fitness pal several years ago, then lost my way looking for quick fixes and fads
So second time lucky (2.5 time if we count the 3 other attempts in the last two years that lasted 2 day at most)
I have ME/CFS (30th anniversary this month) and last year was a work hell hole/burnout which culminated in me dropping off the health cliff in December. I am finally feeling more like me after 10 weeks off - have another 5 to go and decided to take this time to focus on me and get back to eating real food and taking account of what I put in my mouth - cos it has been a mindless trash disposal. No fads, no quick wins just doing what I know works.
Exercise is limited by my disability but I have managed a daily dog walk and am building up to a weekly 'swim' - the getting dry after floors me at the mo - wonder is it acceptable to just shove on my dry robe 😁
My first target is my holiday in June, don't expect to be skinny as there is a lot to go at, but would like to fit in my shorts that are currently 2 sizes too small and have a bit more stamina as currently my tanks are empty.
Did have a mini win today though as estimated my starting weight - have now put batteries in my scales and it is no where near as bad as I thought 🤣

Hello Pink!
It's great that you have found a reason to get some movent in despite having a disability. I am also disabled. I've lost 32lbs before without any exercise what so ever. So that is possible but it is much better to be as active as you can.
You will succeed this time because you are not looking for a quick fix and you will make this a life long endeavor. I have faithI'll be doing this right along side you.
