Just recently joined My Fitness I've been on my weight loss journey on and off for years😫my biggest challenge was staying consistent last year in September I decided to put all bs aside and really start taking care of myself I started working out again and lifting which I have fallen in love with 🏋‍♀️ dieting however is the hard part working in a grocery store there is temptations all around😭I found this app and it has actually really helped me with food choices since starting 8 days ago im down 1.9lbs✊️ my goal is to get down to 145 I think im on the right track and can't wait to see where I am when I hit my year mark in September 🫶
