Kale leaves turning brown? I messed up for 2 years before getting this right.

I've been growing kale for a few seasons and kept running into weird issues – spots on leaves, bugs loving them more than I do, and some plants just giving up halfway. I spent forever looking up fixes and trying things out (compost tea? Eggshells? Soap spray??).

Finally put together notes on what worked for me, like how to spot the difference between fungus vs. thirsty plants. Someone here might find it useful.
