Hi Iβm new to the app and looking for help and advice from others on the same journey . Looking for new ideas for healthy food on a budget

Welcome to mfp. I have found that my food bill has shrank simply because I am controlling my portions. I meal prep when I cook. So I make 4 to 8 meals at once. Even eating food that is better for me I've reduced my food bill by $100. I used to be boring and stuck with rice, chicken and frozen veggies. But this time I eat salad, cucumbers, bell peppers and zucchini right after i go to the grocery store and save the frozen veggies for when the fresh ones are gone.
I also use the recipe maker here which the grocery store website to plan the meal a head of time so I know what I need to pick up from the store and what the meal macros will be before I cook it.
