I have been using the app to lose weight about month now, and I just lost about 1kg so far. Am I doing something wrong or it have to be so slow progress 🤔 any help please 🙏

    Hello and congrats on the weight loss!

    You haven't mentioned your gender, height, weight, activity level. What you chose for your mfp setting as a progress loss... like 0.5, 1lb or 2lbs a week (a kg is 2.2lbs). MFP won't allow you to choose more than 2lbs. But if you are close to your goal weight, then weight loss is going to be slower because you don't have as much of a caloric deficit to work with.

    You can try increasing your calorie deficit by decreasing your calorie goals and/or increasing your activity. For better guidance please provide more information. :)
