Just Joined in Past Week

I am finding it very helpful to track what I am eating and doing regarding exercise. Any suggestions for a new person to stay mindful of? Thank you Barry

    Welcome to mfp Barry. The key to success if creating a life style that you can maintain. Make little changes to see if they work for you. Learn more, make more changes. It's a process. A fun science experiment... if you make it fun :D As you read the forums you will see that different methods work for different people. You can judge for yourself if something will work for you.

    I just restarted today after a couple of years. I have a Fitbit account but my phone died so I am planning on running both. good luck.
