I’ve been on here a few times and have always given up. I’ve just turned 38, have 4 children aged between 19 and 11 months, last one was a suprise. I also lost my mum in January this yr after a long illness of psp and getting married in June this year. It’s finally clicked that I need to do this for my health more than anything, life is too short to be sitting around saying I’m going to lose weight whilst sat eating chocolate and then complaining I look rubbish in clothes when I haven’t even really tried. I joined the gym last week and been doing a mixture of cardio and weights, more weights, the difference in my mood is already noticeable just from spending some time on myself because of that my food intake has been loads better without even really thinking about it, I just haven’t get the need to sit and eat crap because I’m in a bad mood. Hopefully this will be my last time introducing myself on here

Welcome Vicky. I'm sorry for the loss of your mother and congrats on your upcoming nuptials. But even more, congrats on the decision to take care of yourself.
