I am new to this... I have had type 2 diabetes for many years but has put me in the hospital a month ago and I have COPD and CHF, I am needing help with advice on what to do from a wheelchair to start trying to build up my body and what to eat I have to stay under 1800 calories a day is what I think the hospital had me on and it's a struggle, I lost over 127 the past couple years but kinda stuck and I really need to lose another 175...

Hello Stacy.
I also have diabetes and I am disabled. I don't have the ability to stand very long so I don't count 'exercising' toward my weight loss plan. I do it because any activity is good. You can lose weight without exercise. You can also eat very well on 1800 calories a day. I eat very well on 1200-1300 calories a day. You may need to reassess the type of food that you are eating.
127 lbs is a great achievement. So you can do this. But now it seems to be time to add to your skill set. I absolutely hate cooking. But I cook all my meals now except when I go out to eat. You can lose the other 175.
