New here!!

Hi my name is Kristi, and I did WW my whole life when I hated when I looked like. I need to lose a good 15 lbs to not look like a whale.

I typically eat really healthy so my body probably isn’t see much “ change “ when it comes to eating.

I would love some ideas to add to my healthy fats and good proteins to make into a meal, or
a good snack. What is everyone eating?

I want to loose my theighs and butt area is anyone doing any good workouts for that?

Im really trying and I feel like I fail.

How is everyone else finding success?

For anyone, what are some of the best features I should check out. I only really know how to log my food.

    If you only have 15 pounds to lose you don't look like a whale. I also think whales are beautiful. There are no exercises that can target to lose fat in a specific area. You can only exercise to shape muscle. Fat comes and goes where the body feels like putting/removing it.

    Success will come when you make changes to your life that you can sustain. This could take a change in your way of thinking about yourself as well.
