First Timer!

Hi, this is my first time on here. I had my first baby 9 months ago and my natural weight loss plateaued way too fast. I tried so many times to lose weight, its so discouraging to try and fail and try and fail. However, one important change I was able to make, I was able to cut out chocolate completely (for some people this probably isn't an issue, but for me I would eat 2-3 bars of chocolate a day, usually in response to stress cravings). Taking that step was a huge motivator for me, because I proved I can actually stick to it. I'm now ready to take the next step. I'm going to drastically reduce my sugar intake, to break the addiction I have for it, and try to focus on introducing lots of protein in order to feel more full for less calories and to hopefully keep my calories under control. Feeling hopeful :)
