Hi everyone! My name is Natalia. I hope everyone is having a great fitness day. I am have lost almost 100 lbs over the past year and a half and I'm still trying to lose a bit more. I walk five days a week and try to do streghlth training exercises. I'm starting the journey of walking 6000 steps each of those days. But what I'm really trying to work on is my portion sizes. I feel like I have to master that. But food is so good lol. It's nice to have people who are on the same journey I am. I hope everyone is successful on their Weight loss journey.
