Introducing myself

I’ve used this app many years ago but decided to jump back on and try using it again. A lot has changed since the last time I use the app so I’m just trying to find my way around again.

It’s been a slow process trying to get into the habit of tracking everything. This is just my second time on the app in a week of starting. I just recently stopped smoking after 22 years of smoking. It’s been 38 days since the last time I had a cigarette. I feel like it was a much needed step for me to make before I tried to tackle losing weight and getting on a more healthier path.

So I know this is just the beginning of my journey and I am hopeful that I will have some success along the way but knowing that there are many set backs and challenges to overcome! ❤️
