Can you keep it going AGAIN asking ONLY QUESTIONS?

Did you infer I was naming you, @cmsienk as the person who was less than impressed? Will you accept my apologies if so, as I was speaking of another? And forgive me for forgetting that conversation?
Speaking of turning books into movies, how excited am I to learn one of my favorite books, from one of my favorite authors, has been greenlit to become a movie?

Aren’t you guys the only ones who can truly appreciate me bringing the fun of this thread into my workplace??
What are your thoughts?

How long did it take to fill up the white board?
1 -
How brilliant is that?!?

Are you a fan of fantasy lit?

Oh wow, I un-bookmarked that thread a while ago due to inactivity, how awesome is it that it's back going again?!?

Which one?

Have you ever participated in the "Wrong Answers Only" thread, where somebody poses an innocent question and you must provide a completely outlandish and ridiculously wrong answer?
1 -
How can I answer that by both providing and not providing the wrong answer? 🤔😂
0 -
Perhaps you could post the wrong answer in the "Wrong Answers Only" thread, and the right answer in the "Answers Only" thread you created…sound like a workable compromise?

How late am I to this conversation? More importantly, do you have a small cast iron pan to cook that perfectly-sized Dutch baby in? If not, what kind of pan did you use? (Also, how have I not thought of making small DBs?)

Wouldn't that make sense what Frankwbrown said that if you post the wrong answer, you are indeed answering correctly by answering incorrectly, so that would definitely be both correct and incorrect at the same time wouldn't it? Would you believe my head hurts now? 😂

For my first few Dutch baby pancakes (last year some time?), didn't I use what is probably (aren't I too lazy to look) a 10" cast iron skillet? But being a bachelor and finding that a bit too "plentiful", didn't I then purchase a 6½" cast iron skillet which is "just right" for a personal size Dutch baby? I suppose even a smaller skillet would do, couldn't it? How about this one?

(Aren't @cmsienk and I waiting for the day when @nossmf discovers how good Dutch baby pancakes are?) ((Am I assuming too much here, @cmsienk?))

Do you think @frankwbrown and I bought the same pan? Didn't I skip the 10" pan and start out with this one?
Wouldn't it appear that you could have yours by this time tomorrow @ewdyson18?

I believe we did, and aren't our Lodge cast iron skillets good for "Use in the Oven, on the Stove, on the Grill, or Over a Campfire"? 😂
Don't I have a number of various sized cast iron skillets gifted to me by my brother decades ago? Should I get them out of storage? 🤔0 -
IIf I make these pancakes in a large cast iron pan, would leftovers still taste good the next day?
0 -
Do you really think there would be leftovers?
0 -
That's a question I simply can't
answerquestion, because how would I know? 😂0 -
Was that not my thought exactly? But don't I vaguely recall when I did use a larger skillet enjoying an all-day-long Dutch baby pancake snack? 😋

I can't think of anything I would eat continuously all day long, don't you get bored of the same flavor not changing?

Is there anyone on here tonight?
0 -
Are you asking me?
0 -
How did you find something so perfect? Can't you also imagine making perfect eggs for egg sandwiches in the even smaller one that @frankwbrown found at REI?
Also, can I confess here that I'm a long-time member of the cast iron pan subreddit, where the subredditors have posted many paens to the perfect Dutch Baby recipe (and even more disputes whether to start with a cold pan or a preheated one)?
0 -
Wouldn't it stick to the pan if it's not preheated?
0 -
Aren't my pan and Frank's the exact same size? On which side of the hot vs. cold pan do you fall?
0 -
Haven't I always assumed that the reason the recipe I read called for heating the pan first was because it made for a better result? Is it wrong for me to assume that people who favor the cold method are just lazy? 🤣
Or is it that I'm lazy for not wanting to do my own research to find out which is the better method? 🤔🤫

Haven't I always assumed hot was better because it melted the butter (and coated the pan) so fast?
0 -
While I concur, can't I imagine someone using a cube of butter to coat the insides of their cold pan?
(Aren't I now starting to want a Dutch baby for breakfast?)0
