Hi, I'm new to this side of myfirnesspal. I had no idea people could get support from each other. Would love to join this group. I am a mom & wife in my mid 30s. Prior to marriage I was 115. I now struggling staying out of 150's. It is now affecting my heart health so that was a wake up call for me.
