Hi, I have Kidney Disease and was put on medication to relieve pain! It made me gain weight!

Welcome to mfp. It is normal for a person to gain weight if they continue to eat the same way but their physical activity is greatly reduced. I was born with a disability that doesn't allow for meaningful exercise. I don't include any activity in my weight loss plan. I have still lost weight. You can do it too.
