New looking for help

hey guys I just started last night this weight loss thing and I’m going to take it seriously I’m a very picky eater and I don’t like a lot of things but I’m still going to try to do this I want to loose at least 20 pounds by the start of next year is my goal I was a fast food and soda but I’m going to stop that

    The good news is that you can eat anything you want as long as you create a calorie deficit through eating less and/or exercise. I would recommend expanding your horizon on food. I don't think there is anyone who has ever said 'i don't like good tasting food'. Even I like good tasting food but it doesn't have to be an orgasm in my mouth. To me food is fuel. Some of my recipes are rocking, some of them are simply ok. To be plain, the way you are eating now brought you to where you are. Changing what you eat and what you are willing to eat will give you a wider chance of success. But you have to do whatever you can sustain long term.
