Hi my name is Chelsea. I weight 249 but I would like to weigh 170. I started last Friday but I kept going out to eat and skipped exercise.

Welcome Chelsea. Start by making little changes. Research the places you are going out to eat to find the lower calorie meal. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, but it is good to do if you are capable. I am disabled and limited in the amount of exercise I can do. I used to love walking. Now I am moving as much in my chair. I'm currently tapping my feet as I'm talking to you. You will learn things as you go. You are worth being healthy and you will feel so much better when you don't have to carry around a small human. My highest weight was 245. I'm now at 219. I don't regret it.
