A QUICK HELLO

Hi All,
I started this journey back 5 years ago however I am really focused and on the right track. Last year I was able to get some focused help with the assistance of a personal trainer that was able to help me understand a healthy balance between all types of foods. Currently I am in a weight loss phase and seeing the numbers drop through the month. I am a very visual learner and love trying healthy options that I wouldn't have thought of before. At the moment I am on the search for high protein snacks and meals.
