There are many different plans for losing weight, from trendy named diets, to structured meal plans where someone tells you what to eat every meal every day, to even meal delivery services that deliver the food you're supposed to eat (for those who can afford it).
Personally, I just did a "remodel your eating" kind of approach, where I started logging my food on MFP, noticed things that had a lot of calories, cut down on frequency/portions of those, starting looking at how I could improve nutrition, etc. It evolved over a period of time. If that approach sounds interesting, that one is described in more detail here:
If you're looking for one of those other types of plans, can you maybe give us a little more indication of what kind of help or structure you think you'd need? Folks may have ideas.
One further idea: If you have health conditions that influence how you should eat, it may be an option to ask your medical team for a referral to a registered dietitian to help you come up with a plan.
Best wishes!

I'm disabled. I can promise you that exercise doesn't have to be a factor in losing weight. Move as you can but losing weight for anyone is more about what you eat than how you move.
