hi I’m 56 , need too lose about a stone and get fitter.
I have no motivation whatsoever, what foods too eat , I’m coeliac , I need help please

hello and welcome. You don't need motivation to begin. You just have to begin. Work out the fine points as you go. No one is 100 percent motivated every day. Sometimes you just have to decide that you are going to do it. But you can also actively seek motivation instead of waiting for it to find you.
