new but not new

Hello to whom ever os reading this. i have been here before and lost 60 pounds but stopped coming here. when i did that life took over and i put back on the pounds i lost. so now. am back and looking to connect with people to help me and people that i might be able to help. i have been back on this site or app since the end of February and with the walking routine i am doing walking 5 miles and 10,000 steps a day logging my food i have lost 10 pounds in the month of March. so if you want to connect please jisy drop me a message.
