I’m finding this app confusing so many choices

Hi my name is Rosa and I am on my 8th day and I already lost 10 pounds. The app helped alot just by adding every meal. It helps to eat in a mindful way and staying on track towards my Goal. I am looking to loose 74 pounds, so it looks like I still have a long way to go. Good luck with your weight loss journey. Go for a total change of diet and add lots of Protein. Non meat protein counts too. Such as yogurt, eggs and cheese...ok it's been a pleasure to share my journey with you. Once again Best of Luck!!!

Good morning,
Well, I blew the dust off my app to start over. "Never going to be here again" yet here I am. I've decided it's ok, life can be a whirlwind and after doing well and maintaining for a couple years, BOOM, there's 20#.
I know all the culprits that got me back here, stress, difficult relationship and the ultimate demise, overworked, skipping exercise, and blatant self-sabotage. Blah blah. All valid but also I am the only one who can change it. I took off the blinders this weekend and forced myself on the scale (only for measure, not to be tied to a number) and reopened the app. It's the accountability aspect for me.
I've never written in one of these, former use of the app was for tracking purpose only. I think though saying some things out loud, in a supportive space, also helps with accountability. One thing I'm getting back to is meal prep, even if it's for one meal or all for the day. Knowing exactly what I've planned for the day is helpful. Not that grabbing a bag of Doritos and a coke for breakfast in the car isn't a great plan😁😁
Even if I end up only writing this for myself, it solidifies my commitment, I hope.
Judy, I'm not an expert on the app since I use it in it's most basic form, but if I can help in any way I will try!
