hello! My name is Phoenix and I’m a mom in my 30s who homeschools and works a full time job. I have a wonderful 5 year old son who I want to be more active for! I was on my fitness pal as a teen into my early 20s then got off. I tried weight loss surgery and did really well until about a year after I had my son. I’d gain about 15-20 per year after but this past year I’ve gained 30 and don’t have that motivation to play like my son deserves so I’m ready to take back my life and lose some weight to get back the energy I once had! I also want to instill good habits into my son so he’s not struggling with weight like his dad and I did as kids. I went through some early trauma and gained weight at 8, by 10 I was in and out of weight loss programs.
