I’m not new but it’s my first time introducing myself. I’m a mother of 3, had 3 c sections, became over weight from being an emotional eater. I’ve started fitness in 2021 was 263lbs and I’m currently 207 . My goal weight is 170 and to het out of obesity. I plenty cardio and a lot of strength training. Im open for any advice
