Starting My Journey

Hi there!
I’m new to MyFitnessPal as this is my first time using it.
After struggling with weight for most of my life I have decided that I don’t want to make anymore excuses.
I desire to truly work on incorporating more healthy habits.
My doctor suggested I try the app as means of holding myself accountable.
It’s only day one but I’m hoping by staying consistent I can reach my ultimate health and weight loss goals.
Looking forward to seeing what more I can learn from using this app.
