Hi everyone! I'm back on MFP after gaining weight over the past couple of years. I had some health issues and lost focus on other parts of my life. I really struggle with nutrition—I exercise consistently and love staying active, but I tend to overeat. So, that’s my main focus now. If anyone wants to be friends so we can encourage each other, feel free to give me a follow! I’m ready to get back on track.

They do say you can't out run a bad diet. It's good that you've already got one part of the equation worked out. Tracking your food should take care of the rest. You can do it.
