Hey y’all


My name is Tammy and I’m 50. I’ve put on 30lbs and my body doesn’t feel the same. So I’ve started in Jan 2025 and I have worked out 47times and I ha e only lost 3lbs, so I thought I better take a look at my calories and macros and be honest with myself lol


So here I am … trying to reverse the age and damage I did to myself in only one year.
