Hey y’all
My name is Tammy and I’m 50. I’ve put on 30lbs and my body doesn’t feel the same. So I’ve started in Jan 2025 and I have worked out 47times and I ha e only lost 3lbs, so I thought I better take a look at my calories and macros and be honest with myself lol
So here I am … trying to reverse the age and damage I did to myself in only one year.
Anyone with me ..

Hello Tammy. In weight loss food is more important than exercise. You simply can't exercise off over eating. So keeping track of your food will definitely improve your results. However through that exercise you have made your body stronger so it wasn't a waste. Feel accomplished for that.
