Struggeling with Loosing weight

Hi All,
I am new here looking to loose 20kg. I have struggled with weight for quiet some time and i am looking tor tips on meal planning and avoiding snacking.

Whole Foods, keep protein high (at least .8-1.6 grams of protein per lb of desired body weight), drink plenty of water, mentally accept the fact that you’re going to be hungry if you’re eating in a deficit, do not drop your fats lower than 25% of your macros (important for hormone levels), berries if you’re craving something sweet and I personally use water flavors as a go too if I’m craving something sweet and don’t have calories left for the day.
