What to do after M&S Women's 12 week workout

Hi,

I'm just about to finish the M&S women's 12 week workout plan, which I really enjoyed and saw great results with and trying to figure out what to do next. I've done Thinner, Leaner Stronger and Bret Contreras Glutteal Goddess. Of the 3 I definitely enjoyed M&S the most but 5 days a week is tough for me. I also loved TLS 4 day but would have liked it with maybe 1-2 accessory exercises. any recommendations for a 4 day split, more leg focused for women that anyone recommends?
