    One thing I know to be true is how life has its many ups and downs. We’re all humans as @NonnieDoiron so wisely said. Trying to do the best we can and show up for ourselves in healthier ways. We have aging family members, children and grand children of all ages, jobs and careers, marriages and single hood, health issues, etc. What we also have in common is focusing on Less Alcohol in our lives!

    I know you can meet your new weight loss goals and enjoy those nice clothes ready to go @SunnyDays930

    Good for you! We’re all here to aim for LESS @chicbuc

    Last night, I ended up going on a 5 mile hike up in the foothills and follows along a creek. My DDIL invited me at 5:00 as a last minute surprise. It was a great replacement for a 5 o'clock HH calling and being in nature is always beneficial to my physical and mental health! Today is a step and strength class at my gym this afternoon. The instructor follows a good pace for me, not too fast.

    Had a great weekend at a Rod Run—over 580 classic cars on display! Wrapped up the night with some drinks and laughs with family... maybe a few too many, because Sunday was all about recovery mode. Planning to spend this week AF and hit the reset button.

    AF = 2

    A = 3
