What's your calorie intake like? Do you track your calories? Use a food scale on everything that has calories? Just working out might not be enough as calorie burns are often very overstated. Like if I run 5km I get about 230 calories. If I run 4x per week I have burned 920 calories. In order to lose a single pound I'd need to run 15 times 5km. So that's about a month. But wait, exercise makes me more hungry, hence i might eat more, and wipe out all calories I burned. So now nothing happens.

There seems to be a link between PCOS and insulin resistance. Some women with PCOS find it helpful to eat a low(er) carb diet for that reason.

Cravngs can be tough, but changing eating habits mean one small step at a time. If you make the changes, you will find that you don't tend to crave those foods as much. I recommend focusing on one 'crave' food at a time, and try to cut down on that for at least a couple of weeks before tackling something else.

So if chips, for an example, are a craving, try seaweed snacks or popcorn instead. And, instead of bringing a huge bowl, or a bag, try a small bowl, like cereal bowl, or portioning out the snack. That way you eat less.

Eating smaller portions of 'craved' foods is something else that helps. If you cut off all 'craved' foods cold turkey, you can end up failing because you feel deprived. Try getting just a small square of chocolate, and putting the rest back. Keeping a chololate bar in the freezer helps you do this. You cut a small square, have to wait for it to defrost a little (stopping you from instantly consuming) and the rest is in the freezer, making it hard to go back for more. Also, eating chocolate that is partially frozen will likely slow you down, helping you from overeating it.

Last night I was craving something that would make me feel like it wasnt supposed to be good for me and I remembered I had a bag of Nu'Trail Cinnamon and Pecan granola which is keto friendly. I measured it out and used unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It worked for me. I really wanted ice cream though and thought well I will eat this and wait a few minutes after and see what happens. I didnt eat the ice cream thankfully but honestly you have to figure out ways to play with your mindset. It is a work in progress
