How does one maintain their game everyday, 7 days a week, 31 days a month, 365 days each year?

Listen, being a champion isn’t about making others stumble—it's about pushing your own limits every single day. I fight because I love the feeling of breaking barriers, not because I want to see others fall behind. Every stride is about self-improvement, about inspiring people to lace up and chase their own dreams. In my world, a win is sweet when it lifts everyone up, not when it comes at someone else’s expense. That's the real spirit of competition for me.

I race. I love to road race, anything from a Street Mile to a marathon, with mostly 5 and 10k races being the norm. I like to win, I like to beat the girls, AND the guys. When I do not feel like getting out to do my run, I realize that if I don't run, they are improving and I am not. So I get up, and lace up my trainers, and hit the road. Honestly, lacing up the shoes is the hardest part, and once my feet hit the trail or pavement, I am glad I did it. Someone may beat me, and they do, but they are not going to outwork me.
