Accountability

I’m 36, a mother of two under 5.
I’ve let myself go a bit too much caring for them; this is the largest I’ve ever been: 91kg, 164cm height.🥹🥹
I would love to know if there’s a way to get a partner in fitness on this platform I can be accountable to? Like a fitness pal checking up on each other 😊.

Add me as well! I'm a mom to two boys [now 11 and 13], who is starting [again] after losing all the baby weight each time and then getting busy, not taking time for myself, and letting it all go for a decade. I'm currently at similar stats to you 5'2" and 212lbs. I've lost 13lbs from my heaviest at 225lbs.

5'2" I'm down 30 lbs from my heaviest at 225 and don't feel quite so much like a sausage. And I can now do a plank for 90 seconds instead of barely 40 seconds. I have logged every day since late Feb, when I started taking a GLP-1. Adding weight lifting into my routine this week. Have cut back on significantly on alcohol and portion sizes. I do Hot Yoga/Hot Pilates 5-7 days a week, open water swim 3-4 days a week, mountain bike 2-4 days a week and try to fit in some hiking too. My kids are 21,22.

I am pregnant but am 111 kg and 35! I can’t lose too much but am planning on tracking everything and not gain at all if possible. I just was diagnosed as pre diabetic as well so am trying to be strict. I lost 30 kg before by using this app and being diligent! Please anyone add me, I could use some friends.
