I CAN DO THIS!

I’m tired.
Tired of carrying this postpartum weight for years.
Last year, I lost 12 kg—but there’s still a long way to go to feel truly healthy, active, and at peace in my own body.

I’m tired of hating my reflection in the mirror.
Tired of feeling low when clothes don’t fit.
Tired of turning to food when hopelessness creeps in.

It’s time to change all that—for good.

I recently saw @brittanyunsolicited share her weight loss journey, and it lit a spark in me. Inspired and determined, I’m committing to the next 100 days—leading up to my birthday—as a reset.

Can I do this? YES MA’AM.

Here’s the plan:

  1. Stay in a calorie deficit. For me, that means eating up to 1800 calories/day. You can calculate yours at tdeecalculator.net.
  2. Hydration. 3L of water every single day.
  3. Skincare. Because feeling good starts with caring for yourself.
  4. Workout 3x a week. No excuses.
  5. Walk 12k steps a day. Non-negotiable. (At least 10k if I’m pressed.)
  6. Daily check-ins. I’ll be documenting this journey here to stay accountable.
  7. 30 minutes of reading for joy. Because my mental health matters too.

Let's do this! You're welcome to join me 😊
