Weight loss journal

I’ve been journaling ever since my weight loss started a decade ago. I can go back and see the progress of my 70 lb weight loss- challenges and solutions and planning ahead. Does anyone else do this?

Yes, but differently. I have a combination of hand written and electronic tracking.
    handwritten:

    • a gratitude journal
    • a daily checklist with weekly summary of specific daily/weekly tasks
    • A workout journal

    Electronic:

    • daily weight, calories in and out with other calculations
    • Body fat percentage including lean mass calculation
    • Sleep tracking
    • Within MFP I also log food and my weight and measurements.

No. At one point I did some visual journaling (mixed media) related to weight loss and health, but I didn't keep doing that consistently. It didn't/doesn't give me any tactical details like your written journal does. I guess it's a little more just memory-jogging about the psychological or emotional side of things. Example from before seriously starting weight loss, but heading toward it:

I still visual journal some, and have off and on semi-intermittently for the last decade or so, but most of it isn't about weight loss or fitness, and some of it is just creative play, not really "about" anything.
